Patient Direct is a service Haddenham Healthcare provides to enable patients to access essential
items for the continuing care of their lymphoedema. Items such as: kinesiology tape, creams, glues,
fitting aids etc.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery will be by Royal Mail First Class post. More expensive items may be sent by UPS Courier. Our delivery charge is £4.86 (including VAT). The cost of postage for returning goods will be met by Haddenham Healthcare Ltd where the goods are either returned within 7 days of receipt or where the goods are faulty.

What is your CANCELLATIONS policy?
You have the right to cancel your order at any point during the sales process and up to 7 days after the day the goods are received: if you wish to cancel or return goods please confirm in writing via email, fax or letter. We will then give you a full refund including all delivery charges.
What is your RETURNS policy?
It is your right under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 to return your goods up to 7 days after the goods are received, if you are not satisfied with them. After this period, goods which are faulty can be returned within a reasonable time provided you supply your receipt of proof of purchase. We will then give you a refund, a partial refund or a replacement.
